Witney Davis
Hello!
Since obtaining my Bachelor's degree in 2015, I have excelled in numerous positions, acquiring extensive, hands-on, professional experience in the field of higher education. The post-pandemic landscape has underscored the necessity for adaptability and versatility in professional roles.

I am presently the Assistant Director of Testing Services at Idaho's largest community college, where my dedication to supporting others and contributing to a dynamic team environment is paramount. I value working in settings that promote continuous learning and professional development.

In prior positions, I have accumulated considerable knowledge in orchestrating large-scale events and managing all facets of national conferences. I thrive in challenging environments that require innovative thinking and the collaboration process. With over a decade of experience in senior management, I have learned that communication is at the heart of successful teams.

I advocate for strengths-based learning and hold the conviction that investing in people represents the most significant asset for any organization. My top five strengths, as identified by the Clifton Strengths Finder Assessment, are Individualization, Intellection, Consistency, Responsibility, and Discipline. For those unfamiliar with the Clifton Strengths Finder Assessment, I highly recommend exploring it as a transformative tool for personal and professional development. Discovering your strengths can markedly enhance your confidence. I invite you to contact me to discuss how I can contribute to the success of your organization.
